The Official Weber County Commission agenda is a printed listing of the business items to be considered by the Commission at scheduled Commission meetings.
NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY, UTAH
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular public meeting in the Commission Chambers, in the Weber Center, first floor, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah. Meetings are every Tuesday at 10:00 a.m.
The agenda for the meeting consists of the following:
- Pledge of Allegiance.
- Thought of the Day.
- Purchase Orders.
- Proclamations, Resolutions and Memorials are formal expressions of opinion or intention regarding County business. They often honor or recognize people, organizations, places or events.
- Reports from the Planning Commission are recommended actions on issues which require Commission action.
- Public Hearings are held on items for which the Commission would like to receive public comment. Notice of these hearings are published in the Standard-Examiner newspaper seven days prior to the scheduled meeting unless more notice is required by Utah State law.
- Unfinished Business consists of those items which have been considered previously by the Commission and are presented for further discussion or action. This includes items held over from prior Commission meetings.
- Comments.
- Commission Staff;
Any member of the Commission Staff may request time on matters of County business. - Public Comment;
The commission meets primarily to receive input from staff and scheduled presenters. Any member of the audience may approach the County Commission at this time on any item discussed on the current agenda. Time is limited to three minutes per presenter. All comments are to be directed to the Commission Chair, who may have a staff member respond, or ask for other comments. Each issue should be addressed only once, unless relevant new information is presented by another presenter. The presenter should introduce their subject by stating their name. Please address Commissioners and staff by their titles or as Commissioner, Madam- Chair, Mr., Mrs., Ms, Dr, etc. Robert's Rules of Order establish guidelines for conducting the meeting. The County Commission may direct the removal of any person who disrupts a meeting. - Warrants.
- Approval of minutes of prior meetings.
- Adjourn.
- In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Weber County Commission office at least 24 hours prior to meeting.
