Kathy Mussio is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Atlas Insight. With over 25 years’ experience as a site selection consultant, who is widely considered to be one of the leading industry experts in the site selection and incentive negotiation business. Kathy provides location strategy for both industrial and commercial clients, with a strong focus on Atlas’ manufacturing clients. She is frequently asked to speak on site selection topics at industry conferences and has worked with state and regional governments in the development of strategic plans to attract business investment.

For over 27 years Brandon Wood has been helping his clients maximize their returns on their commercial real estate projects. In 2014 Brandon formed The Northwood Group creating a platform to source and structure unique commercial real estate opportunities for investors and small business owners. Brandon is a graduate of Weber State University and serves on several volunteer boards supporting economic development in our community.

Born and raised locally, Chris Falk understands the unique qualities of Utah and its great capacity for business evolution. As an Executive Managing Director at Mountain West, Chris has assisted and represented local, national, and international clients with a Utah presence. These associations have provided opportunities to consult and facilitate advancement within their real estate portfolios and resulted in Chris transacting over $1.5B exceeding 1,500 transactions to date.

Jeremy Jensen brings over 25 years of expertise in real estate management, investment, development, and brokerage, serving both institutional and private clients. Currently, Jeremy is part of a 10-person industrial real estate brokerage team at Colliers International in downtown Salt Lake City, where he specializes in industrial real estate transactions. Known for his ability to build trust and deliver clear, effective solutions, Jeremy has a proven track record in navigating complex real estate challenges.

Chris Roybal has over 25 years of experience in executive management, consulting and economic development. Currently, he is President of the Northern Utah Economic Alliance. Chris held senior management positions (President & COO) in the freight management business with Northwest Research Corp. for over 10 years, a logistics vendor and service provider to a Fortune 100 company. Prior to entering the transportation business, Chris was Governor Huntsman’s chief economic advisor and the CEO of the Economic Development Corporation of Utah.

Daniel Stephens has acquired, developed, managed, and sold more than 3.0 million square feet of real estate across office, retail, industrial, and residential properties. With more than a decade of experience navigating institutional real estate on a global level, he founded BlackPine to merge his deep local knowledge as a Utah native with the discipline and excellence of institutional practices.

Lacy Richards’s interest in land use planning and housing policy was honed by her years of service on the West Haven City Planning Commission and City Council. As a member of the Nilson Homes land development team, Lacy is focused on providing innovative opportunities for Utahns to access the American dream of home ownership. She is honored to play an integral role in Nilson Homes’s success in building new starter homes here in Weber County and looks forward to continuing those efforts across the state.

Wendy Leonelli is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in finance, development, brokerage, appraisal, and investment strategy. As the Director of Real Estate Operations at J. Fisher Companies, she leads strategic business development and operational initiatives, working closely with municipalities, investors, and market leaders to create sustainable, high-performing real estate assets.

With two decades of design and development experience, Brook Cole has been involved in all aspects of planning, developing, and constructing golf courses, recreational resorts, mixed-use residential, commercial/retail, and master-planned community projects. Brook has a keen ability to visualize a property’s development potential, utilizing the natural and aesthetic features of the land. He has worked in several roles, including architect, project manager, principal planner, director, and president.

Stephanie S. Russell is a seasoned economic development and government relations professional with over 17 years of experience in community development, public policy, public finance, and strategic planning. She currently leads key initiatives, including the West Weber Inland Port industrial project area and the development of a clean energy hub. She also serves as a lobbyist for the county and represents its interests in the Northern Utah Economic Alliance. Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree from Chico State, a master’s from the University of West Georgia, and has completed doctoral coursework at Georgia State University.

Sara Toliver, CDME, is President/CEO of Visit Ogden. Her passion for the Ogden-area community drives her in her day-to-day activities to make the greater Ogden area an amazing visitor destination and wonderful place to live. Sara is a strong advocate for the importance of the visitor economy in her community and around the state and region serving on several community and industry boards. In 2021, Sara was inducted into the Utah Tourism Hall of Fame and in 2023 received the Ogden/Weber Chamber’s Athena award.

Jessica Merrill is the Tourism Director for Davis County, leading the destination organization brand Discover Davis – Utah’s Amusement Capital. Prior to joining the Davis County team, she managed a $35 million annual media strategy for the Utah-based eCommerce giant Overstock.com. Due to Jessica’s love for the tourism industry, she left the private sector in 2019 and seized the opportunity to lead the Tourism office for Davis County.

Julie Hollist Terrill loves her position as director of the Cache Valley Visitors Bureau in Logan. She is also a professional writer, editor and marketer for regional, national and international companies. She loves to travel (of course!) and all kinds of new adventures as long as they don’t involve sewing or hot glue.
