On 04/20/2013, Ogden Resident, Ryan Scott Bush was reported missing by his mother. Ryan’s mother contacted the police after she was unable to make contact with Ryan for several days – something she described as highly unusual, as she spoke with Ryan, either in person or through digital communication, on a nearly daily basis. The absence of communication concerned Ryan’s family.
On 04/28/2013, Ryan’s body was found out of state. Investigation has found that Ryan’s body was transported out of state where it was found by law enforcement. Investigators have pursued leads in this case but have not identified the suspect(s) responsible for the homicide of Ryan Scott Bush. This is now a cold case homicide investigation.
