On 8/20/2015, Weber 911 received a phone call of a shooting and person down in the area of 2300 Van Buren Avenue, Ogden Utah. The male victim was transported to the hospital where he was declared deceased from a gunshot injury. Investigations revealed McGuire was outside in the street when he was shot. A possible suspect vehicle was described in the area by witnesses, but that lead has not led to the identification of the perpetrators.
