On 1/9/1998 officers got a call about a head trauma at Apartment #2 2684 Adams Ave. Upon entering the apartment, officers saw Isac Nerio on the floor face down in the kitchen, with a gunshot wound to the back of his head. After taking him to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
