Any property not sold at the Tax Sale, and which is not in the public interest to be re-certified to a subsequent sale, becomes county property. All properties that have been struck off to Weber County are handled by Weber County Property Management.

Please note that each of these properties did not receive any bids at the Tax Sale, so it is in your best interest to perform due diligence by visiting the County Recorder’s office to view the plat map or request an abstract.

• The property was up for tax sale in a previous year.
• No one bid on the property, so it went to the county.
