Are you receiving tax relief and selling your property? Complete and submit this form to us as soon as you have moved to your new address, or have sold your home. If you are moving within Weber County, we should be able to simply move your tax relief benefit from your old property to your new one. If you are moving out of Weber County, our options depend on which program you are under. In any case, send us the form and we’ll do what we can for you.
NOTE: If we do not receive this form before September 30th, the taxes for the year will be locked in, and we will be unable to make tax relief adjustments to your property in our system. If you sell your property after September 30th, you will need to work with your title company to make any adjustments between you and the buyer of your property at closing.
