Public Fingerprinting Services are available by appointment. Appointments may be scheduled Mon - Fri, 9am - 4pm, by calling 801-778-6600, option 1, then option 2.
There is a fee of $20 for the first 2 fingerprint cards, and $5 each for any additional cards.
