NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing for a zoning map amendment will be presented before the Weber County Planning Commission on November 17, 2026. This is a request for a positive recommendation to change the zoning of 5.17 acres of land located at approx. 2375 S 3925 W from Agricultural A-1 to Residential R1-15, thereby allowing for the potential of 2.9 units per acre in a single-family residential development. The public hearing will take place in the County Commission Chambers located at 2380 Washington Blvd, 1st floor, and will begin at 5:00 pm.
