Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 8, 2026. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah. The hearing concerns Weber County-driven amendments to the Weber County Land Use Ordinance(s) that include amending definitions related to, and provisions that govern standards and enforcement of Garbage, Junk, and Weeds (LUC 108-7-6) in Unincorporated Weber County. Included in this proposal are amendments to the Fencing Ordinance (LUC 108-7-3).
