Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 7, 2026. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah. The hearing is to receive public comment on a proposal to amend the Weber County Code. The amendments pertain to the minimum setbacks for main structures in the F-1 (formerly the FR-1) Zone. Proposed changes include the following that apply to parcels/lots whose access is obtained from a dedicated private right-of-way: Front setback from 30 feet to 15 feet, side setback from 20 feet to 15 feet, and the rear setback from 30 feet to 15 feet. The allowance of prorated side setbacks found in the non-conforming chapter of the Weber County Land Use Code will still apply, where allowed.
