NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on December 2, 2025. In the event that meeting is not held, the public hearing will be held on December 9, 2025. Please plan accordingly. Planning commission meetings begin at 5:00 PM and are held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah.

The hearing is intended to receive public comment regarding an application to amend the Wolf Creek Development Agreement as it applies to property located at approximately 3301 N Wolf Creek Drive (imaged below). The amendment will enable the creation of a park and ride lot and related uses to serve the Powder Mountain Ski Resort.

The initially scheduled hearing for this item, which was scheduled to occur in the Planning Commission’s November 24th meeting is cancelled.
