Notice is hereby given that the Ogden Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday November 24, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah.

The hearing is intended to receive public comment regarding an application to amend the Wolf Creek Development Agreement as it applies to property located at approximately 3301 N Wolf Creek Drive (imaged below). The amendment will enable the creation of a park and ride lot and related uses to serve the Powder Mountain Ski Resort.
