NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE NORDIC VILLAGE COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT PROJECT AREA PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF Utah Code Annotated § 17C-5-110, that on December 31, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County signed Ordinance 2024-24 adopting the Nordic Village Community Reinvestment Project Area Plan (the 'Plan'). A copy of the Plan and Ordinance 2024-24 is available for public inspection at 2380 Washington Blvd. Suite 360 Ogden, UT 84401 during regular business hours, M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Weber County Commission Office at 399-8406 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
