Notice is hereby given that the Western Weber Planning Commission will hold public hearings on March 11, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah. The hearings are regarding the following:
- A zoning map amendment application for approximately 23 acres, located on the southwest corner of the 4700 West and 1150 South intersection, from the C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) zone to the R3-A (Single-Family Detached and Attached) zone.

- A zoning map amendment application and associated development agreement for the Westbridge Meadows development, a master planned community that will rezone approximately 1400 acres of property located within the area south of the Union Pacific Railroad between the Weber River and 7500 West. The zone(s) being proposed include a Master Planned Development Overlay Zone (MPDOZ), and a variety of Single-Family Dwelling (R1), Two-Family Dwelling (R2), and Multi-Family Dwelling (R3) zones, as well as the Form-Based Zone (FB (mixed uses)) and the neighborhood commercial zone (C-1).

- A zoning map amendment application and associated development agreement to rezone approximately 31.4 acres at about 601 S. 3600 W. from the A-1 zone (agricultural, allowing approximately one dwelling per acre) to the R1-15 zone (single-family residential, allowing approximately 2.9 dwelling units per acre).
