Notice of Interlocal Agreements between the Community Reinvestment Agency of Weber County and: Weber County, Weber School District, Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, and Weber Fire District.

Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated § 11-13-219 and Utah Code Annotated §17C-5-205(2) notice is given, collectively by all the public entities listed, that the Community Reinvestment Agency of Weber County (the 'Agency') entered into Interlocal Cooperation Agreements with each of Weber County, Weber School District, Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, and Weber Fire District. The Interlocal Agreements provide that Weber County, Weber School District, Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, and Weber Fire District authorize the Agency to receive all or a portion of the taxing entity's tax increment revenues generated within the Nordic Village Community Reinvestment Project Area, to provide funds to the Agency to carry out the Nordic Village Community Reinvestment Project Area Plan and Budget.

Weber County, Weber School District, Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, and Weber Fire District agreed to allow the Agency to collect property Tax Increment for a period of fifteen (15) years in accordance with the Nordic Village Community Reinvestment Project Area Plan and Budget.

Resolution No. CRA06-2024 (the 'Resolution') was adopted by the Community Reinvestment Agency of Weber County on December 17, 2024, further clarifying the increment calculation formulas to be used in accordance with the Nordic Village Community Reinvestment Area Plan and Budget.

Copies of the Interlocal Agreements and Resolution noted above are available for public inspection at the Agency's place of business located at 2380 Washington Blvd., Suite 360 Ogden, UT 84401, during regular business hours, M-F 8:00 am to 5 pm. Additionally, copies of the above Interlocal Agreements are available to the public at the taxing entities' offices for inspection and copying during normal business hours, M-F 8:00 am to 5 pm.

For a period of 30 days following the publication of this notice (the '30-Day Period'), any person in interest may contest the Interlocal Agreement or the procedure used to adopt it if the Interlocal Agreement or the procedures fail to comply with any applicable statutory requirement. After the 30-Day Period, a person may not contest: (i) the interlocal agreement; (ii) a distribution of tax increment to the agency under the interlocal agreement; or (iii) the agency's use of project area funds under the interlocal agreement.
