Nordic Village Public Infrastructure District

Weber County held a public hearing on November 20, 2024 to create the Nordic Village Public Infrastructure District (PID). This new PID will assist in creating a new community sewer and water system, roads, park, and trail improvements.

The County is excited to be participating in this 512 acre resort renovation and expansion project.

Nordic Valley will be developing:

• 56,059 sq ft of commercial space
• 230 hotel rooms
• 428 condos
• 159 chalets
• 50 employee housing units

The projected economic impact will include:

• $122 million in public infrastructure
• $283 million in new residential capital spending
• $160 million new job wages
• $28 million in construction wages
