NOTICE OF INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT REGARDING ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE PROPOSED NORDIC VILLAGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1, 2, AND 3
Weber County has entered into an interlocal agreement with the Proposed Nordic Village PIDs No. 1, 2, and 3 (the “Districts”).
The agreement sets forth the terms and conditions pertaining to the Districts’ construction of certain roadway improvements in and around the Nordic Valley Ski Resort on approximately 512 acres of land, located at approximately 3567 East Nordic Valley Road in an unincorporated area of the County, and provides the requirements that must be met by the Districts in order for the County to accept responsibility for maintenance and repair of these improvements upon their completion.
The term of the agreement begins on the day each of the District’s Boards hold their first meeting and continues in perpetuity.
There are no direct payment obligations, except that upon completion and approval by the County of the roadway improvements, the County will accept responsibility for their maintenance and repair.
The resolution, 52-2024, and agreement will be available for review at the Weber County Clerk/Auditor's Office during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., for 30 days after the publication of this notice of agreement. The address is 2380 Washington Blvd., Ste. 320, Ogden, UT, 84401.
