NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF Utah Code Ann. § 17C-1-806, that the Weber County Community Reinvestment Agency (the 'Agency') will hold a public hearing on the draft project area plan and budget for the proposed Nordic Village Community Reinvestment Area Project Area Plan and Budget (the 'Project Area') to be held December 17, 2024, at 9:45 a.m., in the Weber County Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, UT 84401.
