Notice of Intent to Adopt an Amended Impact Fee Enactment on Jan. 25, 2022

Weber County hereby provides notice of its intent to adopt an amended impact fee enactment for the sewer system in unincorporated western Weber County. An updated Impact Fee Analysis was considered and discussed by the Board of County Commissioners on August 31, 2021.

The proposed facilities will be located in unincorporated Weber County. The impact fees to be considered will be charged to new development and used to offset the cost of facilities to serve new development.
