Emission Exemption Request Instructions and Application

Please read these instructions in their entirety before proceeding with your application.

This form is used to request an emission exemption from WMHD and can only be used for vehicles that are model year 2007 or older with a gross vehicle weight rating of 8,501-14,000 lbs.

These vehicles require a TSI (two-speed idle) emissions test that is no longer available in Weber County.

If you believe your vehicle meets these requirements, please continue.

Important Notes

This form is not to be used for vehicles failing an emissions test. If your vehicle currently fails an emissions test, please call our office at 801-399-7140.
