OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY
Tuesday, March 24, 2009 - 10:05 a.m.

4. ACH payment to US Bank in the amount of $47,927.26 for purchasing card transactions made through the billing cycle ending March 16, 2009
5. Set public hearing date for April 14, 2009, 10 a.m., regarding the vacation of Lot 2 of Elias Estates Subdivision
Commissioner Bischoff moved to approve the consent items as presented; Commissioner Zogmaister seconded, all voting aye.

E. Assign Pledge of Allegiance & Thought of the Day for Tuesday, March 31, 2009, 10 a.m.
