OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY
Tuesday, October 9, 2007 - 10:00 a.m.
Commission Chambers, Weber Center, Ogden, Utah
In accordance with the requirements of Utah Code Annotated Section 52-4-7(1)(d), the County Clerk records in the minutes the names of all citizens who appear and speak at a County Commission meeting and the substance “in brief” of their comments. 3. Set public hearing date for November 13, 2007, 6:00 p.m., to consider rezoning property at 4022 North 3500 East from Agricultural AV-3 to Commercial CV-2
4. Set public hearing date for November 13, 2007, 6:00 p.m., to amend the Weber County Zoning Ordinance Chapter 18-C, Architectural, Landscape and Screening Design Standards
5. Set public hearing date for November 13, 2007, 6:00 p.m., regarding the Ogden Valley Sensitive Lands Overlay Districts Ordinance, including amendments to the Weber County Zoning Ordinance Chapters 1 (definitions) & 23-37 (River and Stream Corridor Setbacks)
6. Surplus a Minolta RP 605Z Microfilm Reader from the Recorder/Surveyor Department
Commissioner Dearden moved to approve the consent items, changing the public hearing dates to November 13, 2007; Commissioner Zogmaister seconded, both voting aye.
E. Action Item:
1. Approval of a site plan amendment for Conditional Use Permit 01-04 for a new clubhouse design at The Fairways at Wolf Creek P.R.U.D. located at approximately 4300 Sunrise Drive
Sean Wilkinson, County Planning Department, showed a rendering of the new clubhouse design stating that it met the Zoning Ordinance requirements for height and location. The planning Commission had unanimously recommended approval of the new design on 9/25/2007 and there had been no public comments at that meeting.
Commissioner Zogmaister moved to grant approval of a Site Plan Amendment for Conditional Use Permit 01-04 for a new clubhouse design at The Fairways at Wolf Creek PRUD located at approximately 4300 Sunrise Drive; Commissioner Dearden seconded, all voting aye.
F. Assign Pledge of Allegiance & Thought of the Day for Tues., October 16, 2007, 10 a.m.
