OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY
Tuesday, September 14, 2004 - 10:00 a.m.
Commission Chambers, Weber Center, Ogden, Utah

The County does not verify the accuracy or truth of any statement but includes it as part of the record pursuant to state law.Commissioners Present: Commissioner Glen H. Burton, Vice Chair, and Commissioner Kenneth A. Bischoff. Commissioner Camille T. Cain, Chair, was excused and Vice Chair Glen Burton conducted.
Others Present: David C. Wilson, Deputy County Attorney; Linda G. Lunceford, County Clerk/Auditor; and Fátima Blackford, Clerk/Auditor’s Office, who took minutes.

D. Consent Items:
1. Purchase Orders in the amount of $203,181.18
2. Warrants #192748 - #192904 in the amount of $480,963.86
3. Minutes of regular Commission meeting held September 7, 2004
Commissioner Bischoff moved to approve the consent items; Commissioner Burton seconded, both voting aye.
E. Action Items:
1. Request for an amendment to a vehicle leasing agreement by and between Weber County and Hinckley Dodge - Contract C2004-109
Richard Badger, County Operations Department, stated that County Purchasing had bid out for leasing of the 2005 vehicles and the low bidder was Hinckley Dodge. This amendment locks in the prices on the 2005 vehicles
Commissioner Bischoff moved to approve Contract C2004-109, amendment to vehicle leasing agreement by and between Weber County and Hinckley Dodge; Commissioner Burton seconded, both voting aye.
2. Appointment to the Weber County Library Board of Directors in accordance with Weber County Ordinance 2003-7
Commissioner Burton stated that Dr. Burdett’s unexpired term needed to be filled and the Library Board had submitted three applications for the Commission’s consideration.
Commissioner Bischoff moved to appoint Holly Bauman to the Weber County Library Board of Directors in accordance with Weber County Ordinance 2003-7; Commissioner Burton seconded, both voting aye.
F. Assign Pledge of Allegiance & Thought of the Day for Tuesday, September 21, 2004 at 5:30 p.m.
Commissioner Bischoff moved to set the September 21, 2004 Commission meeting at 5:30 p.m.; Commissioner Burton seconded, both voting aye.
