In accordance with the requirements of Utah Code Annotated Section 52-4-7(1)(d), the County Clerk records in the minutes the names of all citizens who appear and speak at a County Commission meeting and the substance “in brief” of their comments. Commissioners Present: Commissioner Camille T. Cain and Commissioner Glen H. Burton. Chair Kenneth A. Bischoff was excused. Vice Chair Camille Cain conducted the meeting.
Others Present: Linda G. Lunceford, County Clerk/Auditor; David C.Wilson, Deputy County Attorney. Fátima Blackford, Clerk/Auditor’s Office, took minutes.

Commissioner Burton moved to approve the consent items; Commissioner Cain seconded, both voting aye.E. Action Items:
1. Tax Review Committee Recommendation regarding Waiver of Assessment, penalties & interest on LSN 11-027-0111
Douglas Larsen, Assessor’s Office, stated that this parcel had been created inadvertently in 1996 as a result of a gap in the adjoining parcel’s legal description. The original intent had been to include it with the description of the adjoining parcel, LSN 11-016-0044, which is owned by the Lutheran Church and therefore, tax exempt. If the descriptions had been correct, the current assessment and delinquent issues would not have evolved. The subject parcel was recently deeded to the Lutheran Church and was subsequently combined with the adjoining legal description. The Tax Review Committee unanimously recommended waiving the assessment, penalties and interest in the amount of $176.00.
Commissioner Burton moved to approve the Tax Review Committee’s recommendation to waive $176.00 in assessment, penalties and interest on LSN 11-027-0111; Commissioner Cain seconded, both voting aye.
2. Approval of changes to the landscape plan for the Cascades at Moose Hollow, a Planned Residential Unit Development, phases 1 and 2, buildings 1 and 2 at Wolf CreekJim Gentry, County Planning Department, stated that the developers had added water features, rock retaining walls, and adjusted the layout of the approved landscape plan. The Weber County Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this item.
Commissioner Burton moved to approve the changes to the landscape plan for the Cascades at Moose Hollow, a Planned Residential Unit Development, phases 1 and 2, buildings 1 and 2 at Wolf Creek; Commissioner Cain seconded, both voting aye.
3. Approval of changes to the landscape plan for Moose Hollow, a Planned Residential Unit Development phase 4, building 7 at Wolf Creek
Jim Gentry, County Planning Department, stated that the developers had added more trees and a pond to the approved landscape plan. The Weber County Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this item.
Commissioner Burton moved to approve the changes to the landscape plan for Moose Hollow, a Planned Residential Unit Development, phase 4, building 7 at Wolf Creek; Commissioner Cain seconded, both voting aye.
