2. Service Level Agreement with E-Utah for Electronic Transaction and Access to Weber County
Contract C2002-24
This is an amendment to Contract C2001-48 (to allow for credit card transactions of certified copies
of marriage licenses over the Internet). Leonard Call, Information Technology Director, stated that
section 14 had been requested to be added to the contract. Mr. Call explained that this section allows
Weber County to access all State information on the E-Utah network free of charge.
- Commissioner Bischoff moved to approve Contract C2002-24 between Weber County and E-Utah for electronic transaction and access to Weber County; Commissioner Cain seconded, all voting aye.
3.I. Request for Board of Equalization to Hear Late Appeal Applications:

II. Tax Relief for Prior Years
a. Marie Gabaldon, 14-025-0020
Margarit Nersisian, Clerk/Auditor's Office, recommended denial of this request for tax relief for prior years. She explained that the taxpayer had delinquent property taxes on this parcel from 1997 through 2000. Ms. Gabaldon had been granted tax relief for 2001 and she was now requesting relief for her prior years taxes. The Tax Review Committee recommended denial based upon UCA
